At our shop, we’re dedicated to getting your items and digital products to you as smoothly as possible. During checkout, you’ll see an estimated arrival date for physical items, along with multiple shipping options, including expedited shipping, to ensure your purchases arrive at a time that works best for you. Some items may require additional processing time, which will be reflected in the estimated arrival date at checkout.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, so you can start enjoying them right away! Please note that all digital product sales are final due to the nature of these items.
We understand how important it is for you to know the status of your order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with all the necessary details. This email will include your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can easily track the progress of your package. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

That's why we process and ship all orders during regular business days, Monday through Friday, with the exception of federal holidays in the United States. We strive to ship your orders as soon as possible, but please note that based on the shipping method you select at checkout, if your order is placed after our cut-off time, it will be processed on the following business day. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For physical items, we offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, contact us at admin@jennyarzola.com, and we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
We also offer exchanges for a different product or size within the 15-day return period, as long as the item is in the same condition as received.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. We’ll process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive the item.
